Concept

Once a week I will post activities, ideas, pictures and more related to ways in which I have managed to live and think healthier throughout the previous week. Keep in mind... this isn't for everyone. It's a script of sorts intended for leaders. Then again almost everyone is a leader in some capacity.

The concept behind this is that even though various waves of difficulties may barrage the shores of our lives, living and thinking healthy must be a constant; the anchor holding our leadership steady. Muscle-memory accounts for most of our reactions as humans. So lets retrain our thinking and living habits so we can live more fulfilled and healthier lives.
